Salman Khan had gone for Ganpati darshan at the residence of Maharashtra minister Ashish Shelar in Mumbai when his departure became chaotic. Videos from the outing show fans and photographers pressing close to Salman and his security team. At one point, Salman folded his hands and appeared to ask people to give him space to reach the vehicle. He also stopped to interact with a young fan and was seen asking security personnel to be careful around children.
Things became more serious once Salman was inside the car.
The vehicle was surrounded on several sides, leaving the driver little room to manoeuvre. As the car attempted to move, a fan’s foot was reportedly caught underneath it. People near the vehicle can be heard asking the driver to move back while the person reacts in pain. Another part of the video shows Salman visibly upset. Reports describe him hitting or tapping the driver’s hand while scolding him and directing him during the confusion.
That reaction quickly became the viral moment.
But the few seconds of Salman reprimanding his driver do not show everything that was happening around the car.
